Adult Classes and Schedules

Adult classes focus on fun and fitness and are not included in the spring recital performance

Adult Combo

{ballet/jazz/contemporary}
Ages 18+
Wednesday 7:15-8:45pm
 

Tuition September-June Session $75 per month
Summer Session- $112.50 for 6 Weeks


Discover the joy of movement in our Adult Combo Dance Class! Explore the grace of ballet, the energy and expressiveness of jazz, and the fluid, emotive qualities of contemporary dance in a body-positive, judgment-free studio. Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after years away, you’ll find a welcoming space to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Develop technique, musicality, and self-expression through barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and choreography while having fun!

*This class pairs well with our Adult Strength Stretch, and Conditioning class for a comprehensive movement experience, but enrollment in the SSC class is not required.*

Dress Code: Workout clothes you feel comfortable moving in! Tanks, tees, leggings, joggers, and shorts are all good options. Leotards, tights, ballet skirts, etc are not required for adult classes, but you are welcome to wear your favorite ballet items if you'd like! 

Shoes: Pink split-sole canvas or leather ballet flats (ballet/jazz) and a pair of socks (contemporary)


Yoga mat recommended for floorwork and stretching.

Adult Strength, Stretch, and Conditioning 

ages 18+
Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm


Tuition September-June Session $50 per month
Summer Session- $75 for 6 Weeks

​Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance performance. This class blends targeted conditioning, stretching, and functional exercises to help you move with more confidence, control and grace both on and off the dance floor.
Class exercises focus on core, leg, and upper-body strengthening, flexibility, balance, and alignment, as well as endurance and stamina, coordination, posture, and body awareness. Develop the tools to support injury prevention and overall body wellness.

*This class pairs well with our Adult Combo Dance Class for a comprehensive movement experience, but enrollment in the combo class is not required.*
