Twinkle Tots: any color leotard, any color tights, pink full sole ballet flats, black pull-on jazz shoes, optional ballet skirt, optional dance shorts or leggings, hair pulled neatly away from face. Bun, ponytail, or braids are all acceptable.

Dance shoes and clothing can be purchased locally at Footsteps Dancewear 24048 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070 or Stage Center 908 N Main St, Akron, OH 44310. It's recommended to have shoes fitted in-person. If ordering shoes online, please note dance shoes often run significantly different from street shoe sizing. Pay close attention to size charts and measurements before ordering.

Drop Off and Pick Up

We are located in room 245 of Shore Cultural Centre located at 291 E 222nd St, Euclid, OH 44123. It is a large building, and we ask parents/guardians to accompany students under 10 to the Studio 245 door and pick up at the same place. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their students outside of studio 245, the Shore Cultural grounds, and parking lot. During class time, parents are welcome to wait on the provided hallway benches, run errands in the convenient nearby shopping plazas, or even take a stroll around the beautiful fountain and adjoining grounds of Triangle Park. Students should arrive five minutes before class time to allow for efficient class changes and be picked up promptly at the end of their class time.

Class Policies and Etiquette

All students should bring a water bottle with a leak-proof lid labeled with their name. No food, gum, or drink in the studio except water.

Students should arrive in dress code and bring all required shoes/dance items in a tote or bag labeled with their name.

We strive to create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment. No inappropriate language, bullying, body-shaming, gossiping or disruptive behavior.

To limit class disruptions, please use the restroom before class begins. Teachers and staff are unable to assist students in the restroom.

Sick Policy

Please help us maintain a healthy environment for students and teachers. While regular attendance is important for dance growth, please do not send students to class while sick or contagious with any communicable illness. In cases of fever, diarrhea, or vomiting, students should be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication before returning to class. In the case of positive covid tests or exposure, follow CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of illness. Masks are currently optional but are always welcome. Tuition & Payment Policies

There is an annual registration fee of $20 per student, $10 for an additional sibling, with a max of $30 per family. This fee holds your student's spot, off-sets administration and insurance costs and helps keeps monthly tuition lower and affordable for our dance families. Fee can be paid online with debit/credit card in response to emailed invoice after filling out the registration form, or by cash or check in-person

August-June Session
Tuition is based on the total number of weeks over the entire year divided into 9 equal installments. A $10.00 late fee will be applied after payment becomes 7 days past due. There is a $25.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank. Tuition can be paid with credit/debit card online in response to your online invoice (will be emailed mid-month prior to due date) or by cash or check in-person.

2026-2027 Tuition:
45 minute class- $55 per month
1 hr class - $65 per month
1.5 hr class- $80 per month

If you need to unenroll from a class, written notice should be given at least 7 days before the next tuition payment is processed. Email at leapingwillowacademy@gmail.com

Two flex days are incorporated into the annual tuition for unexpected building or studio closing. In the case of the studio closing due to inclement weather, staff illness with no substitute available, or other unforeseen circumstances and the two flex days have been used, a credit will be applied to the next tuition payment.
